They were on time very professional and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet! We are very please with the service provided!
After a dog poop incident I called and made a same-day appointment. Very courteous. They came almost two hours after the appointment time, although they did text saying that would be the case. They quickly steamed the carpets and rugs. No enzymes or chemicals were used (first mistake). That basically baked in the poop. When they left, I had to mop the floors around the rugs they were so wet. It was like stepping into a pool, walking on the rugs. Needed a room carpet to be cleaned and the process was quick and smooth. Personnel that cleaned my carpet was friendly and polite. I recommended them.
