I recently tried the Bigalow BOTANICALS Cold Water Infusions. blackberry raspberry hibiscus and the peach lemonade acai. Both are simply fantastic! I must reorder
I wish I could give 0 stars. Save yourself the headache and find some other coffee company. The customer service is so rude, it’s insane.
Unfortunately we've had a poor experience... 1: signed a contract that required a minimum $ monthly commitment for coffee and other products in order to use the machine for 2 years. Note, it was not made clear what the mix between coffee and other products needed to be. 2: product orders were always wrong, missing, bad quality 3: Quality express 1 year into contract states we're not buying enough coffee and they will pick up the machine unless we spend more or agree to another machine.
