I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The mechanics at the place I work needed parts for a utv and the gentleman that we worked with was so kind, patient and helpful. Hey I am just off the phone with Jay, the Service Manager in Polkton, NC. Super friendly and helpful. I am in Monroe, NC and I will be driving to Polkton anytime I need service on my machine from now on. My local dealer told me it could be weeks before I would get my machine back for an Hour Meter replacement under warranty. Jay is not only gonna replace the Meter while I wait, he has the part in stock, and has put it aside for me when I get there next week.
