Had a coupler break on my Kubota track loader on Labor Day, and all the Kubota dealers were closed. Quality Equipment (a John Deere dealer) took my broken parts and found a match so I could get back up and running the same day. Great customer service and willing to help even though it wasn’t their brand. Highly recommend!
Great service in the service department
We recently had a Deere lawn tractor and mowing deck overhauled at Quality Equipment. All went as expected, and Christy Wesley, the service writer, was very helpful and kept us fully updated.
Our mower has almost 1000 hours on it since we bought it at the Burlington Q/E. We were very pleased when our Pittsboro location opened. Since then we have been extremely satisfied with their service department. We have trusted them with not only our X320 mower but also our JD 2150 tractor and various pieces of equipment such as chain saws, trimmers, leaf blowers. The folks at Quality Equipment in Pittsboro helped me so much. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was at a loss. I have my dad’s John Deere 870 tractor with belly mount mower. I could not ask my dad how to run the mower since he had passed. I had tried and tried to engage the mowing blades… I was successful once, but did not remember what I did.
