I’ve taken my mower here for service a few times now. They’ve done a phenomenal job of taking care of the problem and have gone above and beyond to earn my business. Would recommend them to anybody.
Great place to purchase a lawnmower. Transaxle had problems they replaced it with know problem. I’m riding smooth again!!!

Walked into Quality Equipment/John Deere of New Bern roughly a week ago shortly after lunch. Mr. Tim Pollock greeted me.
