I stopped in on my way to work to have them look at my Stihl battery blower that had stopped working. They were so nice and in 2 minutes found that the battery wasn't connected all the way, blew some compressed air to clean out the battery box and i was on my way. Thank you so much! Great experience.
We are from Virginia, about 11/2 hours away from these guys at Quality Equipment in Durham. I tried to have my Honda push mower serviced in Virginia at Taylor Forbes Equipment in Farmville, Va. They were the closest Honda power Equipment place that could do warranty work on my Honda push mower. However, they refused, stating they generally do not do warranty work or service on equipment not purchased from them.
