We took our mower to have belts changed (we took them new belts)and blade sharpened.. Got it home 230.00 later and it did not work for 5 minutes. Back to the shop and another 345.00, brought it home and a bolt was left out of the axel mount and it tried to fall apart when turning. We fixed it ourselves and got little satisfaction when talking to the service manager. Two weeks without the mower!
