Called these people up today, and before I even had a chance to explain what I was looking for, the rep said they wouldn't have parts for my zero turn. I stated that I wasn't looking for parts and that I would like to see if they could order a bagger assembly... the rep then asked for a picture of my current BATTERY!?? If you cant even make it through a phone call, I definitely wont be doing business with you.
Great
Nick was very polite and helpful!
