Cecil machined my 92 Cummins head for me. I was satisfied until I discovered that he broke the water temp sensor off( he admitted to dropping it) I called him and asked if he would be willing to help me out with replacing the part (only $18) mainly on principle. He said it was actually my responsibility to remove it, which he hadn’t told me when I gave it to him. I asked him who dropped it and whose responsibility it is when that person drops it?
