Ok, I have had the worst experience with this company and with Generac! no one will answer the phone! Generac says 24/7/365 and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone! Quality Engineering & Construction refuse to pick up the phone! I called a couple of months ago to see if someone can service my generator? I have yet to hear from anyone! this company sucks and so does Generac customer service because I cannot get anyone with them as well!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GENERAC AS WELL!!!
