Weve done business with alot of different shower enclosure distributors over the years and I have to say that Quality enclosures has been very pleasant expieriance. That hasnt been easy to find in the industry. If I need anything at all, an answer, someone is always there answer. If I place an order, I get confirmation and a ETA the very next day.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. I moved into a new build home in December and the builder chose to use Quality Enclosures which is very unfortunate to us because it has been nothing but a nightmare. We have been in the home for 4 months and have yet to actually have a shower door which was supposed to be installed 2 days after closing. They have been out more than 6 times and each person seems to be more incompetent than the last. First time they came out and couldn't hang anything because they didn't have the right tool... read more
