If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called to fix my dishwasher since it was leaking. Tells me it's the motor charges me 500 bucks to fix it.....still leaks. Then says it's was the cheaper part. Another 100 bucks. But guess what...still leaks. Ended up ordering a new dishwasher but why in the world would you just go for the expensive part first? And called back to complain and apparently business changed hands? I want a refund...
For 4 months I waited for repair of my oven and a gasket replacement for my dishwasher. I had been using my dishwasher successfully up to the night before they came by adjusting the old gasket. They had charged me $100 for a new gasket. So 4 months later they instead took my door off, did not replace the gasket , removed the old gasket, And damaged the door controls. They took back the new gasket and did not do anything about my oven.
Didn’t want to work on my stove to convert it because the kit didn’t come with instructions? And instead of finding the instructions he’s telling me to do it myself and find it myself! Since when do the customers have to do your job!!! That is crazy.
