Worst experience ever. Took 11k down payment from me for a generator install. Never filed for permits , never completed job. Totally ghosted us, no refund, no nothing. Unfortunately going to legal now after multiple times saying Shannon would refund our money. So many lies by his girl in the office Jennifer. “Checks on the way” Nothing! Zero , zilch, excuse after excuse.. They are broke I would assume if they can’t pay 11k back. Be careful most all these reviews are fake. This is real as can be. Feel free to contact me.
They fixed what we had an issue with pretty rapidly. They were friendly and in good communication.
I used Quality Electric on one of our bathroom remodel projects. As a contractor, they were great. Punctual, reasonably priced, and did great work. Will use them again.

I contacted Quality for a couple jobs since the last two hurricanes but always forget to leave a review being so busy , so i had them out again for some additional work and wont forget this time . These guys are great! I contacted them ,we got to work right away with a plan for what needed to be done, his guys were professional and kept the work area safe and clean, all work done quick too! Will have out again!
