We had a new fuse box/panel installed and paid the quoted price. It should have covered everything from start to finish. Once electricity was connected they hooked everything up. THEN sent us an additional bill for $1600 for the final hook up. We were NOT informed there would be an additional charge prior. Not even when it was turned on did anyone mention it.
