Quality Electric has some quality people that obviously care not only about their work but about customer satisfaction. A very helpful person named Colin came to change out a mechanical timer switch for our retail business. He was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the unit was working properly. It was one of the easiest and most transparent experiences I have had working with a contractor on any home project. I did not have much previous knowledge of installing a Home Transfer Switch to run off a portable generator but Jake and Mitch from Quality Electric were extremely professional, experienced and there to help every step of the way.
