Kyle is very easy to work with and does a great job.
They came to do an inspection for $499, was told the entire panel needed to be replaced and some other odds and ends for $6,500ish. Was told they would wave the inspection fee, also have 2 invoices that state -$499 as a discount. They did the work, which was good im not knocking their ability, but then they started calling me saying I still owe the $499 even though another inspection was done by a 3rd party. They said the $499 discount was to show that I was reimbursed for the $499...that i hadn't paid. This goes back and fo... read more
