Steve is great, office support is great, and both classroom and on-line courses are worth the money. Glad to hear they're updating their on-line courses.
I started home inspection in 2002. I have tried other sources for my classes and I have found other options that get me my credits but the content is, shall we say lacking, so you do not really learn anything. Or the class has 100 people in it and it is in a restaurant with a bar. Lots of noise and/or drunk inspectors asking stupid questions. No thank you. I am sticking with Quality Education Group every renewal.
I've taken both Steve's on-line and in class training for several years and never been disappointed.
I have been purchasing classes from Quality Education Group for several years to get my continuing education credits and have always been happy with them. I purchased classes 3 weeks ago but have not taken any of them yet. I found out today that I can get the classes that I need for FREE through InterNACHI as part of my membership. I called Quality Education today to ask for a refund. They refused stating that it says on their website that you only have 3 days to cancel. My mistake.
