The CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION was illegally signed before the job was completed. Marc Coe (team lead) said this was required, because he needed to leave for another job and even though employees were still working. I was told I could pay by credit card, but this turned out not to be the case. QET failed to respond for months to EnerBank about my complaints regarding their charges and their installation. We attended a dinner to be introduced to the products of Quality Eco Technology (QET) last week. The lively and dynamic presenter (Dale Wood) provided us with impressive information about household problems and solutions. We agreed to invite QET's regional representative (Jason Gamse) to inspect and evaluate any problems in our home. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD, I ADVISE ANYONE THAT GETS INVITED TO SEE A PRESENTATION OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GO. IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY TRYING TO SELL YOU PRODUCTS RUN, DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY ARE ARROGANT CROOKS. MY SITUATION WAS A TRAINWRECK AT THE FAULT OF THE INSPECTOR BRENDAN IN WHICH DID NOT DO A THROUGH INSPECTION BECAUSE HE NEVER WENT UNDER THE HOUSE.
