Their phone is off the hook and they don’t open on time and made me late for other business I wouldn’t use them ever again

I took one dress (white top w/ black bottom formal dress) & a quilt set that my grandmother gave me (twin with bedskirt, and 2 shams). All items were in PERFECT condition. The dress had been worn 3 times, & professionally dry cleaned twice w/ no problems. The quilt set was perfect, just getting it clean before preserving it.
