While this business provided quick turn around, I am appalled by their business practice and ethics. I was informed that they have a standard procedure for after hours access to product and after arriving for the product, having previously arranged pick up, the product in fact was not available. When I called in to make the owner aware of the huge slip up, I was told they don't make any kind of concessions to the client when such mistakes are made. I would give the workers and the company a 5 star rating. They replaced our windows many years ago and they are still in great condition and their installation was great.
Manager has major attitude torwards customers. Oh and they still forgot to put the screw caps in my door! Would not recommend to anyone. BMC WEST is much better to deal with!
This guy was a complete jerk on the phone. Very unhelpful
