Not happy with the amount of time it took them to get to fix my car. It has been 4 weeks and they haven't fixed it yet. I have to call them all the time to find out what is going on.
Never again – I started becoming a regular customer until I realized that my business didn't matter. They told me one thing and did another. "We'll do this" and never did. "It'll be done at this time" and was never looked at. Had to bring it back a couple times for work they didn't finish. Big inconvenience! Not impressed with the cocky attitudes and poorly executed service.

Get pricing in writing – They informed me that it would cost total $219 for parts and labor to replace an alternator and when I came to pay told me the total is $344. They wanted to charge $85 for a diagnostic fee when I told them the car needed an alternator.
