This is the second time in a row that they missed my appointment, and didn't contact me! They laugh off the thought that they'd pay for a missed appointment, but of course, you are still expected to pay if you miss one. In the first case, they called me at home about 2 hours before the appointment to say that the office would be closed due to an emergency. My initial visit was with a pulmonary. He left and the Dr there is unable to follow you without you paying out of pocket, Dr Micknick (sp??) He gave me the medication?? So be careful. The center was nice and my representative who did my 2 day study was great.

The most dysfunctional office. Don't waste your time. It's no wonder all the staff changes frequently. The 1st. Dr put me on a CPAP, which was ok, next Dr switch that to a Bi PAP! Then when you have issues and try to discuss the Dr simply says, "well the numbers look good.". Never mind the fact you wake up like a blow fish...just go elsewhere

The sleep center itself is not bad. Their doctor's billing dept is not so great. They billed me for the co-pay that I already paid. I had to call them and spend a good 30mins to look for credit card payment info. I have to take a star off for that.

Showed up for my appointment & nobody was there. Waited over an hour and even the on-call number was inop. They never even called to cancel or reschedule. Unsat.
