When the old Dr Enabi was there, he was great… he was so nice, supportive, accommodating… you could actually talk to the guy. I was there a couple weeks back About a broken tooth, and the young dentist was rude, didn’t listen to MY concerns, and when I told him I did not want to pull the tooth, basically threatened me that I would end up in the ER… then they quoted me over $6k for a dental implant. Angella in the front and Dr. Z were both nothing short of amazing. Angella got me an emergency appointment within minutes, when I got there I hardly sat down in the waiting room before they were able to see me and the entire thing less than 30 minutes and everything I needed was solved. I would not go anywhere else. Best Dentist office around!
I am very, very happy with the service here. My dentist is phenomenal and everyone is very helpful and friendly.
No one has CLUE when it comes to insurance I’m telling them my insurance covers a procedure- they’re telling me no !!! That I have to pay 350 because they have worked with that insurance and they no I’m not covered !!! Well had someone from my insurance put them in their place to tell them IM COVERED! Got my procedure done and will never see me again ! Don’t waste your time ! Incompetent in every level !!!!!
They are friendly at the front, but once you go through the door everything changes I needed dentures so after 15 minutes of waiting he walks in don't want to hear anything about nothing stick his two hands into my mouth and push on my gums to tell me I need dentures and walks away, then come Ms. Personally (that's a joke)and all she has to say is the cost to me not once was I told what I was going to get for $1800 hundred dollars so that's when I said goodbye.
