Dr. Pan is the best!!!
The doctor did not remember nor update the record, did not spend time discussing nor listening to my concern, changed the treatment plan unreasonably, and was always too busy covering several patients at one time. The communication was extremely uncomfortable. The doctor pushed the treatment to the next calendar year draining the insurance to earn more money. The doctor suddenly stopped the treatment in the middle and asked me to leave. The doctor was unbelievably irresponsible.
One lady in the front office had bad attitude and was very pushy on scheduling next cleanings. She also asked me to make appointments for all my family members with the dentist. At the same time, she was very slow in the process. It took her like 10 mins to find an available spot for the next appointment. They claim your insurance $500 for X-ray without telling you！ They just claim your insurance for unessasery x-ray Avoid this place. Because of that I don’t have enough money for the crown. The also done roof canel and tell you have no time for the crown. Because she want to wait to next calendar year to claim your insurance so that she don’t need to give any pay by self discount. I lost my tooth because they don’t put crown for two month. Dr Pan, she is a bad person,only thing she care is money.
Hello Team, I have been searching for a dentist in a long time. I, finally found my home where I am willing to drive to get my teeth done. I am very impressed with the first visit.
