Been an Airhead guy since 1974. Still love and ride these beautiful old machines. Dave is our local Airmarshal, and one of the most knowledgeable airhead guys in the state. As a guy with minimal wrenching skills, I can't begin to articulate how great it is to have Dave available to work on these old bikes. He has plenty of work, but it's well worth the wait )-:
Started going here for my maint. on my 2012 GTL, Love their attention to detail, never try to nickle and dime the upsell. Just bought my tires from them and again great service and price. Going to have them do my brakes today!
Look online for parts first. I promise; you will find it cheaper that way. Just have them put it together for you. If you can't yourself. Example: I needed something fix. They're total estimated cost for labor, shipping, and labor from other party was around $300 probably $350. I looked online to see how much to just buy a new one. Found several for less then $150.
Met the owner dave today about some bmw 5w40 oil. Gotta say, he is a very nice guy. Had a good conversation and learned some things I didnt know about newer generation bmw's.
