For some odd reason one of your cement mixer trucks was circling the neighborhoods of Cardinal Dr, Bates Avenue, and McDonald Avenue in Eustis . From well before 6 am up until at least , 6:40.. Was the driver lost, joyriding or what??? Very concerning
Apparently these folks don't believe in safety at all!!!!!! Truck M313 driving through downtown Leesburg talking on his cell phone!!!!!!! Seriously?! That's an expensive fine, if pulled over by FDOT!! Since the driver was so busy on his phone, he couldn't maintain his lane and almost side swiped a number of other vehicles!!!! Then, the driver is blowing his horn at the traffic in front of him, because it wasn't going fast enough?! This driver is going to kill someone!!!!
