Tech came out to investigate a sanitary pipe leak in my crawl space. They quickly got me scheduled and ended up having to replace 20+ feet of old corroded, heavy cast iron pipe and replace it with properly pitched PVC. Tech quoted a new furnace on Friday morning via text message and pictures. He came over in the afternoon to physically review replacing my furnace and honored his quote that he submitted earlier in the morning. He and Niles came out the very next morning, on time, and installed the new furnace. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and organized. The technician, arrived ahead of schedule and diagnosed the problem right away. He told me that my system has a leak and would require 7 pounds of Freon. He informed me the amount that i have to pay and proceeded with the repair and charging of the Freon. The fix that he did solved the issues that I was having and hopefully this will last for a long, long time. although tech was very professional. And knowledgeable about his line of work. It was nice doing business with this company.

We had to have service on our furnace early in the morning. The tech arrived within the time frame provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as he went along. Our furnace is working perfectly now
