Bought a high cube 40' container. Was promised doors and latches functioned properly and were all tested. Left door hinge rusted so bad one person could not open or close the door reqired two grown men to move the door. There is no pre delivery check of doors they just send you whatever they can send out. They do not stand behind what they sell they offer a self help video then offer to have a driver look at it sometime when they are making a delivery near you. Whenever that would happen? We just received our conox box today. Chris Williams was probably the easiest and nicest guy to work with. His prices were outstanding along with his excellent customer service. I then spoke with Julianna in billing to complete my purchase and she was just as amazing. Super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this company not only for the killer customer service but the prices and quality of the container was stellar 👌.

I received my shipping container today 8/2/23 I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the container absolutely met my expectations. I delt with a gentalmen named Christopher Williams. He was very professional and re-assuring. I was skeptical about buying off the internet from people I didn't know. Love working with this company. they made the job of buying a container so easy. Can not say enough a Christopher Williams and Julianna Bloom. They answered all my questions whenever I called them and they checked up on me when the container was delivered. If I need another one I will buy from them again. They also gave me a great price on it to. I will recommend them to any one who needs a container at a great price.

Very misleading business practices. Was quoted $180 rental rate for lease to own and after a week of filling out paperwork for lease agreement, they told us that we would be paying $350 for FIVE YEARS. So a $4000 container would end up costing us $21000. What a waste of our time. Steer clear of these grifters.

As if remodeling my home was't stressful enough, and having to worry about storing my personal belongings in a safe location while my home was being worked on...Quality Containers came through and took off such a big weight off my shoulders by delivering my storage container right away and re-assured me it would arrive just in time before the rain could ruin my furniture. Thank goodness because I would of been devastated is my new furniture got ruined.

Rude and discourteous "Karina". Lost my business, tried to raise price after deal was concluded, steer clear of strong arm tactics from this company.
