Frankie and his guys did very good work when he was present and when he would answer his phone and text messages. However, after they had my house ripped apart, upstairs and downstairs, he began having relationship problems and he quit coming to work and then quit answering my calls and texts and then even quit answering his workers calls and texts. Frankie was very attentive to detail. He listened to my ideas and bounced suggestions off of me and we came up with a plan! I love my shower and kitchen, and have a custom vent hood. I wanted the sink base to look like a piece of furniture and different from the other cabinets. Side drawers were his idea, to store cookie sheets and cutting boards. Whenever we had concerns, he listened and adjusted. I had looked at quartz and he found a more affordable place to purchase it. I love the lighter and brighter countertop and backs... read more
