After the last storm, I noticed a few missing shingles and a small roof leak. The call was answered right away, and Tracy showed up quickly to inspect the damage. Tracy explained everything clearly and gave an honest, straightforward recommendation for the needed roof repairs. There was no pressure and no upselling, just simple guidance on what was needed to fix the shingles and stop the leak correctly. I appreciate the fast response and the professional roofing help, especially with more rain in the forecast for Fullerton. ... read more

I found a roofing company online and I’m really glad I did. Tracy and Brayden were great to work with from the start. They came out to inspect the issue we were having with missing shingles after a storm and quickly explained what needed to be done. They also helped get the insurance claim process moving, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The whole experience was smooth, and any small delays along the way were handled professionally and clearly. Once everything was approved, the roofing crew got the full ... read more

He clearly explained the needed repair and also checked the rest of the roofline, gutters, and exterior around the house to make sure nothing else needed attention. The downspout was replaced the same day, which was a huge help. I had also worked with them before for roof repairs, and that was a great experience too. Brayden provided a ... read more

First time working with Backstage Roof's Fullerton in Fullerton, and the service was super fast and professional. Tracy was great at the counter, very helpful and easy to work with. I also had three gutter pieces that needed to be wrapped, and Brayden did an excellent job securing them and adding red flags on both ends so they were safe for transport. It was nice to deal with a roofing and gutter supply team where everything moved smoothly, quickly, and with real care. They were very knowledgeable about roofing, gutters, sid... read more
