I was so happy last year when I used this service. Not so much this year. I needed care for my father in a split shift. I received a text after we left for vacation that the 2nd shift employee had a family emergency for our entire vacation. Luckily one employee offered to at least heat up my father dinner. My father called and felt abandoned. The only service my father had was to heat up meals to give to him. The care taker didn't talk to him unless it was necessary.
