I have been using these guys on a super regular basis for years and they always do top notch work. I have never seen any of the behaviors listed in the one star reviews. I suspect they are mostly either competitors or disgruntled employees. Their installers are highly competent and they have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I highly recommend them for all low voltage needs.
Quality communication? More like garbage communications. I’ll never do business with this company again. You shouldn’t either.
