Andrew was always on time and very responsive. I have never had a better experience with anyone else we have hired. He explained everything throroughly, always responded to me when I had questions and even went out of his way to come over a few times when we had a leak for a separate issue. I could not recommend him more and will be hiring him for every job needed moving forward. He is very trustworthy and honest as well.
Hi my name is Brenda had a little rough start with my repairs but Andrew came thru and made everything right with my heating and some kind of pump! He called me after repairs and explain everything to me and there was no charge! He took his time to come to my home and his time to fix it then called me to make sure I understood what he did! Great guy I’m signing up for the maintenance contract with him!
Absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication was by far the best I've ever seen. Always responsive to any changes or adjustments. Price was fair and the work was neat, clean, and professional. Andrew always went the extra mile to make sure that his customers were happy. I would definitely use Quality Comfort again and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone else.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a business. We had a broken ac and I called to see if he could fix it. He came to talk to me about replacing it, I told him I would think about it since it was September and didn't need replacing right away. He got super irritated and yelling about all the work his guy did (1.5 hours) and he charged me over $1100. It was not fixed whatsoever. So that much money for his guy to do what?
