Andy came to my home because there was a bad smell coming from the vents from the furnace. He found that the motor was going and it was very dusty because the landlord never serviced it and it was a fire hazard. He also informed me of other serious problems structurally with the home and provided me with pictures in which are coming to be very useful right now. If he didn't tell me I would have never known.
