Installed an air system several years ago discovered recently it was not installed according to code. There was no float shut-off switch installed and the condensation drain line was not installed properly. When the system recently backed up it ruined the floor and carpet below.
Anyone stuck in a home warranty forget that and call George. He was so nice professional and stayed till he made sure the problem was solved. I will always call him first !!
We called Quality Comfort Air as a second opinion after we were told we needed to replace our entire AC unit by Jack Nelson. $325 later, he was able to replace only the part on the compressor that went out. Very honest service!!
