The customer service was great, but the repair was horrible. We had to take our van in 3 times to get it fixed and it is still not the same. The first time we went to pick it up the door sounded like a timpani drum. Apparently the tech had neglected to install a silencing bar. The second time we could not get the door to open from the outside. How did they not catch this? Now (about 2 months later) a trim piece is falling off.
