Just purchased a brand new Jura S8! We spoke with Kazuto, a very nice young man who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as we had many questions for him. The service we received was excellent start to finish! Great experience with this company and big shoutout to Kazuto for all his care and attention!
I cannot overstate how extremely pleased I was with the service that I received this morning. Fantastic. I never caught the name of the front office girl that assisted me with my issue of the Cool Control but she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the product that I needed. My 8 year old Rocket espresso machine suddenly stopped working and required servicing. The original selling dealer, Espressotec (Vancouver), had recently closed their business, so no service/parts were available from them any longer. Luckily, their "goodbye" webpage listed Quality Coffee Systems (Vancouver) as a service/parts outlet for Rocket machines. While I struggled to get in touch with them via email, their communication and service via phone/in-person was fantastic. Made a warranty issue with my Jura a breeze, and gave me some informative tips to keep my machine at it's best - along with a free bag of their recommended coffee!
