I received excellent service from QCS. My older Rocket Cellini PID stopped working and I took it to QCS where a very helpful service person took the heavy machine out of my car and within the day I had a estimate and they repaired it the next day so a two day turn around. (The control board had a partial failure and had to be replaced) Very friendly and fast efficient service at a reasonable cost - I would highly recommend QCS Vancouver
wonderful place to buy serious equipment, and best of all, get great service from the repair dept. I was lucky to get really quick turnaround, and highly recommend them!
We recently had our Jura S8 repaired due to a water leak. Since we live in Kelowna and there’s no local Jura service depot, we shipped it to Burnaby. The service was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and the machine was returned to us quickly in perfect working condition.
