wonderful place to buy serious equipment, and best of all, get great service from the repair dept. I was lucky to get really quick turnaround, and highly recommend them!
We recently had our Jura S8 repaired due to a water leak. Since we live in Kelowna and there’s no local Jura service depot, we shipped it to Burnaby. The service was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and the machine was returned to us quickly in perfect working condition.

My Jura E4 was purchased in 2023 from a different seller, where I thought would treat me well after being a loyal customer and getting all cleaning & descaling materials from them over the years. I realized I was wrong when I needed servicing and was made to wait almost 3 weeks to get it done. Worse part is it broke down again after 3 weeks! I didn’t even bother calling to complain. Purchased a $300 grinder that never worked more than 5 times without clogging (d54). I was told that this was a very common problem with the grinder... but we're also told that it was user error causing issues??? After weeks of not being able to use it because it kept clogging, they finally accepted the machine back because. It clearly was not a fit. However, we were charged a "20% restocking fee".
