I dont understand the reviews for this company. Ive heard so many horror stories coming out of this company. Whether lying about work done or charging for stuff they havent done. Sure they will get the work done some day. My experience is they keep moving the repair window, communication is terrible, one workers says one thing and then they just keep pushing back weeks to finish the work. Emergency response is a joke, they come in a do the bare minimum every few days. 4.9 star average is a joke. Must be making bots if you as... read more

Quality Cleaning & Restoration did a fabulous job remediating our basement. Years of neglect and mildew damage were transformed into a serviceable mold and mildew free basement. Sergei as team leader answered questions and helped solve problems that I had, very smart and practical; a real professional. They were all friendly, helpful, and accommodating - and hard workers. They were finished in the space of a long-weekend. Very satisfied customer! Would recommend.
