Very disappointing experience overall. The quality of the cleaning itself was poor and did not meet expectations, especially considering payment was made for two separate cleanings. In addition to the poor service, the behavior that followed was extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling matters privately and professionally, people connected to me on social media were being contacted/commented to regarding the situation, which was completely inappropriate.
