I took my coat there to have a zipper put in it. They have had it for over a month now with no indication when it will be done. When I first took it there, the lady that runs the place said it would take one week. She apparently doesn't care anything about her customers. She's not trying to get it taken care of. She won't even call the lady who's supposed to be fixing it--she just keeps making excuses for her. I will never take anything else there. I'm done with her!!!
