I moved to Livingston 6 months ago and have tried several times to give this place a chance. Alterations take weeks. Returned several times to pick up and finally when they arrived the lady at the counter said I could not have them because she did not have the price. I told her I would pay x\$ and I wanted my clothes today after making 4 trips back. Worst customer service ever. I will drive my clothes out of town to be cleaned before I return again.

They are very fast and good at there job
I took my clothes to Quality ever since it was next to the jewelry store. The past times that I did take my clothes there, they were either lost or done wrong, the women working up front arent as friendly as they used to be. they need to remember...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT dont argue just get Ben on the phone.
