Had an issue looked at by 2 dealers & Quality was finally able to diagnose the problem correctly & fixed it once and for all!
I took my 2024 Chevrolet Malibu there for service about a week ago. I was told a part would be ordered and I was scheduled for an appointment a week later. I called them the day of my appointment and I have no part/no appointment. When speaking to reception I tried to tell them my last name is Price and got yelled at that “we don’t do prices here”.
