We worked with this security company for many years and unfortunately our experience was consistently disappointing. The biggest concern was the lack of ownership and support when issues arose. Most recently, we discovered that we did not have the administrative credentials for our own camera system. I could not have asked for a better crew. They were organized, efficient, and knew what they were doing. They set up 3 cameras for our building that work perfectly. With every detail in mind.

They installed our door system and then refused to help us with the products they installed and are not working anymore. Karman Johnson the owner just told us to take a hike. We had nothing to do with the previous person that was upset with them. This is vindictive and not professional. Keri systems will be taken out , notified and a new professional company will get the business.
