Frank and Joey were amazing. I looked for a GLK350 for over a month and vetted multiple, and have had multiple interactions with different dealers and private sellers. These guys were the most courteous and friendly people I've done business with when purchasing a used vehicle. Do not buy from here, I’m repeating do not buy from here. Bought a 2017 Ford Edge SE about 2 weeks ago and found out the right axle was leaking i took it to the mechanic and they also told me it also has an engine timing oil leak. Do yourself a favor and ignore this place and pay attention to what im telling you please. Poor Quality Cars Of South Elgin should be the name of this place.

This is one of if not the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I never felt pressured, Frank and Joey did their best making sure I was comfortable and answered any questions or concerns I had. They were extremely accommodating. Great cars and great people!
