Worst service ever Julian has very problematic attitude always is rude. 1 day before my appointment I called to say that the rate had increased by 300%. That is abusive. And bin previos occasions he was canceled appointments at the last minute. He never gives you a receipt and only wants cash. Fortunately I found a wonderful 5-star service in google with a much better quality of work, a friendly and responsible staff and affordable for half the price. I am not always an easy customer. I am very picky, and perhaps under the snow. Julien is a consummate gentleman who does exactly what he says. I called and asked for the next day. He was busy, but worked me into the schedule. I have used very few vendors who are as talented as this guy. He's a tour guide, a travel expert, and a genuinely nice person.
