I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim. My family has been using him for years and he has gone above and beyond for us. I asked him to work on a rug that my kids ruined with chocolate milk. He tried tirelessly to remove the stain and actually contacted the original rug maker to replace it because the instructions were inaccurate. The rug maker (from Ireland) replaced it for Jim. I was blown away. Thank you, Jim!

Made an appointment was on time very professional highly recommend will use again I can't say the same for other bigger companies where you never get the same guy twice.

Jim did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Jim for your carpet cleaning. Showed up on time, worked his tail off in an efficient manner and the price was perfect. Best experience I’ve had. Call him, he’s a 1-man shop, which tells you he HAS to care about his work because his business depends on it. Will be using him exclusively going forward. Thank you Ed Brezenski

Jim did a great job removing food/beverage, pet and high traffic stains from our living and dining room carpet today. Looks and smells great! Will definitely hire again.
