Top to bottom - an amazing experience. I'll admit that I was cautious when it came to choosing a service provider to clean our carpets. You hear of so many scams. However, these folks were awesome. I had a pet odour problem on my two expensive couches, and Quality Carpet Cleaners did a very thorough job cleaning it up. Lorand is excellent, professional, and efficient. Could not be more pleased with his work. Thank you so much, my couches are like new!
