These guys really came through for me in a pinch: I bought a new house and discovered problems with stains/pet odors a couple of days before closing. I called and explained the situation, and they sent two guys out the same day. I called quality carpet to come clean my tile and they did a great job! They were running a little behind, but who doesn't from time to time? Robert was very friendly and willing to help me. I give them an A+
They came to re-clean a spot for free they we didn't even have them clean. It was the tenant before us 2 weeks earlier. They didn't get the pet treatment and it was smelly. We were going to pay but Quality did it for free. Then they checked the pad and it was not cleanable so they replaced it and put the carpet back for 45.00, very cheap. They were on time, neat and professional. Great service is hard to find these days, but Teri and Mike were just wonderful. Thanks!
