Scheduled an Estimate, which went fine and professional. After receiving an estimate, I attempted to schedule the service to be completed. It was scheduled, then they called to tell me it would not be able to be completed on the scheduled date since they overbooked a particular employee. They then offered a follow up date for the work to be scheduled, which I accepted and planned for. David and his team replaced our deck boards, the deck hand rails, and the front porch deck rails. He did an excellent job. We are pleased with the quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend him for household repairs. He was professional and enjoyed dealing with him.
