The name says it all. They are the best mix of quality, reliability and price. We have Quality clean our high traffic retail floors (Once Upon A Child @ E Colonial) every six months. I won't use anyone else.
This contractor was a hard worker,gave a fair price and gave extra work. He is a very reliable man, since we had to work on the motor home in stages and he never missed any appointment. I gave him a huge tip becasue he was so kind and hard working. I like this rating system since it is hard to know who is good out there and who is going to just maybe show up.
